Massimo's passions

People, behaviours, towns... In a few words, social interactions ๐Ÿค and urban spaces ๐Ÿ˜! I love observing how people relate to each other and how they interact with the spaces in which they live. 

Observing ๐Ÿ‘€ and questioning โ“are my special attitudes and I exercise them wherever I stay for travel, business or just free time. My passion of course is marketing and behavioural science and Iโ€™m a lucky guy cause I can work with them! 

After studying retail management in UK in the middle 90s, I had the chance to work as a consultant and trainer for the most important players of this industry in Italy.

There are lot of other passions that I could mention, cooking ๐Ÿ‘จ๐Ÿปโ€๐Ÿณ, movies ๐ŸŽฅ, football โšฝ๏ธ and sailing โ›ต๏ธ and, of course my sons ๐Ÿ‘ง๐Ÿป.

My driving good intention is to keep observing and questioning key people in their firms looking at the best way to help them in the innovative process โšก๏ธ. Be inspired by the observation of whatโ€™s on in the most trendy town and offices of our planet is a good exercise for a marketer ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ and Iโ€™m really focused on this personal โค๏ธ and professional ๐Ÿ’ผ project. 

Iโ€™m constantly working on these two attitudes to inspire C-levels and our customers and help them to find the right way to engage their people and improve new powerful ways of working.
