Storyteller and wannabe sociologist, observing people and narrate their stories is his calling.
He explored all the formats of narrative, with a particular attention to the digital and trans-medial ones, focusing on the study and development of online audiences and communities. He researches and writes about consumer trends, innovation and technology.
4 things I love the most: books (printed books) 📖, cold places 🌲 ,(creepy) stories 👻, slow means of transport (walking above all) 👣. I love wandering and looking around, exploring urban outskirts, listening to other people’s conversations, wondering why people do what they do 🤔.
With this in mind, it’s pointless to say I like Tv series (especially family dramas) and documentary films (docuseries are the greatest combo) 📺, talk shows and social networks (God bless second screening) 📱, brackets, microcommunities, lists, religions, French films, contemporary american literature, micro-religious-communities, trash TV on paranormal. And unlikely connections.
Giacomo's good intentions
Stop living in the future is my main goal and my biggest challenge. However, I can’t help collecting lists of good intentions 🖊, such as: keep writing (not just for work), learn French, stay curious, don’t lose my passion for studying, travel more, learn to cook, go vegan at least once a week ☘. I’m working on finding the best way to combine my interest in social research and my creative attitude, turning it into my career, but with that I’m halfway done 💪.
